What data we process and why

Enquiries via website forms, by email or by phone. Name, surname, phone number, email address and message content. We process them to respond to your enquiry and, if you wish, to discuss cooperation (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)). If no contract is concluded, we keep the data for no longer than 12 months from the last contact.

Concluding and performing contracts. Identity, contact, bank account and contract data. We process them to conclude and perform the contract and to comply with legal requirements (accounting, tax) (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (c)). We keep them for as long as necessary to perform the contract and as long as required by law.

Newsletter. Email address. We send it only with your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw your consent at any time – by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email or by writing to us. After withdrawal, we delete your address.

Who we share data with

Data may be received only by those who help us provide our services or to whom disclosure is required by law: the website and email service provider (Hostinger), the electronic signature service provider (Dokobit), banks, accounting and legal service providers, and public authorities (e.g. the State Tax Inspectorate). We do not sell data.

If a service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, this is done using the safeguards provided for in the GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission).

Cookies

Essential cookies ensure the operation and security of the website – they are always used.

Statistics cookies (visitor analytics of the website platform) and third-party content (YouTube videos) are used only with your consent given in the cookie banner. You can change your consent at any time in the cookie settings or by clearing cookies in your browser.

YouTube videos are provided by Google; Google's privacy policy applies to their data processing.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, object to processing based on legitimate interest, receive your data in a portable format and withdraw your consent at any time. Please submit your request by email to info@baltijosnamai.lt – we will respond within one month at the latest.

If you believe your data is being processed improperly, you can lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
